Back in 1996, what started as a modest contracting firm in Saudi Arabia was founded on a bold promise: to deliver services with integrity, reliability, and technical excellence. FBH is now a multi-division company built on trust, driven by innovation, and designed to serve diverse markets with precision and care.
In its early years, FBH quickly gained recognition across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for delivering quality work in general contracting and infrastructure. As demand grew, so did the company’s capabilities, expanding into HVAC solutions, security system installations, trading, and manufacturing. These additions were strategic moves to offer clients everything under one trusted name.
With strong roots in the Middle East, FBH expanded into India to bring its proven expertise to a new market. It introduced services like Almarai product distribution, textiles, and recruitment visa solutions tailored to local needs. In 2023, FBH partnered specifically to offer website development services, aligning industrial excellence with digital innovation.
Today, FBH bridges KSA’s industrial strength with India’s digital drive, delivering trusted, end to end solutions while staying true to its core values of quality, trust, and impact.

1999
Foundation Year
The story began as Al Rataal, established to answer the market's demand for high quality, reliable construction and industrial work in KSA. It was the first step toward our commitment to excellence.
2005
FBH Was Founded
The FBH brand was officially launched. This strategic evolution created a multi division company, consolidating specialized services under one trusted name for easier client management and delivery.
2010
Expanded to Technical Services
We enhanced our full service capability by expanding into key technical areas: MEP works, low current systems, HVAC, and security solutions. This expansion solidified our position as a true one stop solution for industrial clients.
2024
Almarai Distribution Launched
In a move to strengthen our trading arm and better serve our partners, FBH expanded into the Indian FMCG market, launching Almarai product distribution in Delhi.
2025
New Manufacturing Plant Launch
We are reinforcing our commitment to regional excellence. FBH commissioned a new nail manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia to control product quality, meet growing demands, and ensure reliable supply for your projects.
